Saudi Arabia: Arrested members of al Qaida

Saudi Arabia has arrested an unspecified number of militants of al Qaida suspected of having planned attacks in Mecca.
According to the Saudi al Arabiya TV, citing anonymous security sources, the arrests are tripped in various cities'.
The members of the group, added the sources, were stopped 'three days prior to the period of pilgrimage, ie at the end of last week'.
