Precipitano avvolti nel silenzio dell’alta ACCADEMIA delle operazioni di privilegio verso qualcuno, tra le maschere di persone del mondo della politica LADDOVE proteggono il malaffare, la delinquenza, l’orrore, profittando di situazioni di DOMINIO e di POTERE, SOLO apparentemente accettate dalla gente comune, la quale di conseguenza, per la loro fiducia cieca data ai governanti, viene e quindi veniamo, compreso chi scrive, sempre più tartassati dai malgoverni che si susseguono. In politica, per esempio non sfugge il come vengono montate le interviste, come sono recitate le farse, le promesse fasulle, i peggiori inganni (esercitati persino con l’uso di mezze verità), come vengono ricordati e narrati male i fatti, come sono recitate ad hoc le tendenziose insinuazioni, come vengono presentate le immagini ei fatti che preferiscono farci vedere o talvolta non farci vedere per non “perdere la faccia” davanti agli elettori. In questo modo non viene più assicurata una vera libertà e una vera consapevolezza delle scelte individuali. La par condicio diviene falsa e forviante sino a potere fare ingannare a raffica la gente su una infinità di osservazioni e di manifestazioni. Si gioca senza rispetto della personalità altrui e pertanto su quello che “l’altro” non ha fatto o non ha fatto bene, dando l’impressione in questo modo che chi parla in quel momento cade dalle nuvole, non ha nessuna colpa ed è di tutt’altra “pasta” e intenzione. Le continue pressioni di tal specie, le analoghe suggestioni e sollecitazioni cui il popolo viene sottoposto, divengono così una continua  catastrofe della capacità di autodeterminazione individuale, persino per quanto attiene la scelta di un candidato politico in campagna elettorale. Personalmente devo dire che mi dispiace che si abusa della fiducia della gente e poi si ride alle loro spalle,  quando ognuno in politica fa i propri “porci” comodi, dimenticando, per esempio, chi viene torturato, più danneggiato, rovinato o ucciso impunemente sui posti di lavoro, per la violazione dell’art. 2087 del codice civile e quindi della tutela delle condizioni di lavoro.  Così i fatti restano fatti e le farse non possono che restare solo farse… Tutto questo fa parte di un complesso fenomeno che si può benissimo vedere come fosse una punta di un iceberg  portata alla luce, una verità sostanziale che nei casi presi in analisi, sono la contrapposizione tra informazione leale e onesta e informazione falsa e quindi disinformazione, che come tale è di fatto anche priva di quella neutralità che invece dovrebbe essere il requisito primario di qualsiasi informazione obiettiva. Vi è la continuazione di una politica scandalosa fatta di avidità, imbrogli, ferocia, efferatezza e delle volte anche di pessimo uso della giustizia per proteggere chi è immerso nel privilegio. Tutto accade in sordina con tutte le più inimmaginabili cautele di camuffamento e corruzione, con caratteristiche su cui i malviventi, che si sentono al di sopra della legge,  sono puntualmente documentati su come fare e non fare per meglio catturare la fiducia del popolo. Per fare questo fanno in modo di apparire positivi nella forma che ci appaiono. Chi è in mala fede e pur sapendo tutto questo non fa nulla per cambiare il corso degli eventi, sappia che non sempre le vittime del malaffare sono gli altri! Il lettore o l’utente della radio o della TV, avendo la convinzione di ricevere una fonte di informazione giusta e leale da soggetti politici noti e qualificati, non può essere preparato, impegnato a contrapporre la propria capacità critica ai significati che riceve. E’ così che, come fossimo dei pesci,  si cade nella rete di chi, col popolo, non è leale e corretto, sino ad arrivare continuamente a fare credere di fare adottare alla gente criteri propri sui politici e criteri propri sui leader: si fanno così passare le idee dei cittadini elettori, come fossero provenienti dalla formazione dei propri loro liberi convincimenti. Con la forza dell’abitudine e con il forte aiuto del potere mediatico, tutto questo “marciume” viene fatto ancora passare, come fosse civiltà, democrazia, libertà di pensiero e di espressione. Così si procede, dimenticando l’esistenza di un’etica professionale, quella del valore importante di una società civile e il relativo rispetto che, se meritato davvero, non si deve togliere a nessuno. In questo clima finisce in “fumo” anche quell’onestà intellettuale che dovrebbe finire per governare anche su chi abusa largamente dell’utilizzo dei mezzi di informazione, facendoli divenire continue disinformazioni. Chi ci tiene al futuro della Nazione anche semplicemente inviando verità e articoli volti in tal senso, apra gli occhi a chi vengono sistematicamente mantenuti chiusi. Sono notevolmente convinto da riscontri oggettivi, che se si vedesse l’animo (a) di chi mandiamo ripetutamente a governare l’Italia, non si vorrebbe neppure sentire pronunziare il loro nome. Un esempio di censura, di disinformazione, di violenza, di falsità e di inciviltà, esercitate in Italia da molti anni, si può avere leggendo i crimini impuniti e il materiale probatorio documentale narrato, esposto e provato direttamente da una vittima del crimine che viene ancora spinta impunemente alla disperazione, all’umiliazione ea gesti estremi, si vada ai seguenti link. - Una vicenda completa di distruzione di una cittadina

Un messaggio di una donna torturata ad oltranza non solo con i reati rimasti sistematicamente impuniti di lesioni colpose gravissime, omissione di atti di ufficio, falso ideologico e violenza privata da mobbing tutto come meglio documentato e provato nel sopracitato sito internet, ma persino con tutte le più atroci ed efferate ed inimmaginabili conseguenze. E’ TEMPO CHE I POLITICANTI RITORNINO AD ESSERE POLITICI, NON INGANNATORI, FINTI MORALISTI O SPACCIATORI DI FALSE VERITA,’ MA VERI POLITICI.  Giacomo Montana
La Festa delle Donne….
Sono Giovanna Nigris e dopo avere visto e subito il corso di un processo farsa portato dopo nove anni al raggiungimento della prescrizione dei reati di lesioni colpose gravissime alla mia persona,  di cui ai miei danni hanno beneficiato persino con derisione e scherno nei miei confronti, tre medici e un funzionario dirigente amministrativo dell’ospedale, mio luogo di lavoro, ho dovuto e devo subire anche come donna ogni sorta di ulteriore conseguenza e umiliazione in mezzo a frodi paradossalmente esercitate, persino tentando di farle apparire in nome della legge. Mi viene imposta una vita senza un futuro chiaro e con ogni più spaventosa concernente preoccupazione. Vengo mantenuta da oltre quattro anni in malattia grave per ossigenoterapia domiciliare quotidiana, stipendiata al minimo a tal punto che,  per le ingenti spese sanitarie ed altre legate alla mia gravità di salute che da sola devo sostenere,  sono sempre più nell’indigenza e spinta persino a terribili gesti estremi. Se non fosse per il lavoro del volontariato e del servizio dell’Assistente sociale di zona, mi avrebbero persino già fatta già morire. Le mie due interviste sono soltanto una piccola parte dei sedici anni di inferno che mi vengono ancora fatti subire, ora sotto forma di conseguenze, abbandonata in mezzo ad un mare di mistificazione e vedendo ancora oggi continuamente mantenere enormi distanze da certe verità che mi sono state fatte crudelmente e atrocemente subire.

Auguri a tutte le donne perché ogni forma di violenza esercitata nei loro confronti possa avere finalmente termine, non solo come mere parole dette durante la giornata della donna, ma durante tutto l’anno.

Non mi pentirò mai abbastanza di avere dato e fatto dare il voto ai più famosi politicanti, che ancora vedo che tentano di ingannare come sempre i fiduciosi cittadini elettori. Ora siamo ancora attorniati da avvoltoi a caccia di voti elettorali: ci chiedono la nostra ingenua complicità alle loro malefatte.

In prossimità delle nuove elezioni se la tirannia politica verrà fatta continuare, proseguirà il “DISASTRO”. Quando si tratta di acrobati politicanti allo sbaraglio, di fronte all’interminabile serie dei loro fallimenti, diviene estremamente facile additarne le colpe, malgrado ciò, ci torna nel contempo difficile rammentarne la loro storia. Non lo facciamo, sapete perché? Perché ci costerebbe troppo in termini di corresponsabilità, costerebbe moralmente troppo a chi gli ha offerto il voto elettorale.

Eppure, per capire di più è sufficiente vedere come è stata ridotta l’Italia durante i loro governi, ma niente, anche visitare con occhi attenti e non prevenuti le famiglie colpite da contesti-dissesti familiari rovinate dai mal-governi che si sono succeduti non serve o servirebbe a niente. Nella migliore delle ipotesi i governi sono stati fragili e incompiuti. Lo sono davvero. Da anni ci sono comizi svolti tra nevrosi e psicosi e in mezzo a quella terra di nessuno permangono inalterati i risultati delle nostre distruttive ipnosi collettive, quelle proiezioni dell’ombra che fanno più vittime di una guerra santa. Siamo poco consapevoli di non essere efficaci nella scelta dei soggetti politici, ancor meno di non fare troppo caso alle menzogne reiterate, siamo disattenti e qualche volta disamorati a tal punto da credere erroneamente che politici così come li abbiamo noi, bisogna tenerceli, dimenticando che l’Italia ha ed avrebbe estremo bisogno di progresso. E’ chiaramente un problema in più, che spesso durante le elezioni non è avvertito o percepito in tempo, soprattutto non è curato con l’amore dei no, rispetto alla corresponsabilità dei tanti sì, con il conseguente disastroso ritorno spudoratamente dominante al governo degli stessi personaggi falliti.

Così vedremo ancora crescere tutto il marciume dell’ingiustizia, dei privilegi e della disuguaglianza organizzata che ci hanno seminato nel Paese. Come abbiamo visto, nessuno degli uomini che osano ricandidarsi come soggetti politici, ha mai dato fattive garanzie al popolo, per mezzo di iniziative che non si siano poi rivelate insufficienti e persino false, a cominciare dalla tutela dei lavoratori nei posti di lavoro, con la mancata messa in atto di serie sufficienti misure di sicurezza, contro le malattie professionali e gli infortuni sul lavoro. Anche ieri c’è stato un altro morto, questa volta nel porto di Genova. Un portuale è deceduto nel porto del capoluogo ligure, precipitando da una certa altezza e si dice che anche suo padre morì nello stesso posto e per lo stesso lavoro, lasciandolo orfano da piccino.

Quindi, dopo la lunghissima serie di omicidi sul lavoro per aperta violazione delle norme di sicurezza, la lunga serie continua. Sono anni che vi è una politica corrotta con la forma più spaventosa, ingannevole, ipocrita, cinica e vile, sino a fare togliere per la più spudorata inerzia politica, il più caro degli affetti alle famiglie . Tra le poche cose che ci restano della democrazia in Italia c’è la nostra forza al momento del voto elettorale: occorre guardare ai fatti di come siamo stati ridotti e non alle promesse ingannevoli dei politicanti ancora accuratamente ricoperte di uno spesso manto di miele. Se vogliamo salvare l’Italia quando si vota, bisogna liberarci degli uomini nefasti che riprendono il potere!

Mi spiace che ci siano ancora parecchi cittadini che forse non sanno quante cose vengono loro fatte ignorare dai politicanti, per apparire ancora degni di fiducia. In questo modo, per i motivi sopra esposti, continua a permanere nell’aria un presagio di ulteriori “ignominie” ancora sulle spalle della gente comune, con l’uso di politiche sovversive ed in particolare usate pesantemente ai danni di lavoratori e pensionati. Se è vero, come è vero, che da un lato bisogna reprimere ogni altro sentimento che non sia quello del bene supremo della Patria, dall’altro, onestamente, c’è da chiederci dove sono gli uomini saggi e valorosi da stimare e apprezzare tanto da doverli ancora ritenere degni di un voto? Oramai l’evidenza dovrebbe per questo superare e annientare qualsiasi ulteriore consueto inganno.

In Italia è entrato da parecchio tempo in crisi il suo modello di sviluppo, ma i soliti politicanti continuano pacificamente a farsi rieleggere al vertice, semplicemente cambiando tipo di artifizio! Il nostro Paese dovrebbe cambiare la retro-marcia che è in atto con quella che invece ci farebbe andare avanti col progresso. Cosa succede invece? Vengono rieletti gli stessi soggetti “falliti”, tanto da fare rimanere l’enormità del debito pubblico e il sistema politico consociativo e balordo, in quanto impostato nella più oscena recita politica dei soliti ignavi! Al posto del controllo della spesa pubblica, pare che ci sia chi controlla i propri capitali che fa affluire in banche all’estero.

L’articolo 3, II comma della Costituzione Italiana raccomanda il pieno sviluppo della persona umana con la rimozione di ostacoli di ordine economico e sociale e di effettiva partecipazione di tutti i lavoratori all’organizzazione politica, economica e sociale del Paese e poi tutto resta solo come fosse una mera enunciazione di principio .

Questo non ha solo una rilevanza politica, ma anche fortemente socio-economica. Dai riscontri oggettivi, come abbiamo visto, il tiro a rete dei politici che ancora incantano con le false promesse, altro non è che il tiro al piccione e al pollo. Da ex dirigente sindacale per la Lombardia e da cittadino ho visto impunemente violare le leggi dello Stato con un’infinità inaudita di conniventi, complici e omertosi. Nel quadro di tale risma vi prendono parte anche parecchi professionisti e altri signori che si presentano alla gente come fossero delle persone oneste e leali!! Invece ogni volta è come se ci fosse una foltissima rete a protezione del malaffare e tutto ritorna come prima e anzi molto peggio di prima!

Tanto per citare un esempio, dall’anno 1994 ad oggi ho sempre visto violazioni di legge impunite e relative conseguenze, ai danni di una povera donna sempre danneggiata, derisa, schernita e umiliata anche a dispregio delle relative leggi che, se fossero state applicate, non si sarebbe ridotta sempre più ammalata, disabile, disperata e indigente.
Ho visto sempre agire una criminalità silenziosa, vile strisciante, nascosta al popolo. A questo punto ci si potrebbe chiedere, perché ci sono spietati tiri mancini, sino a indurre la vittima in malattia grave, con invalidità, disabilità, disperazione, spingerla a gesti estremi e in parecchi altri casi persino causargli la morte violenta sui posti di lavoro? Chi ancora non lo sapesse, potrebbe cominciare a documentarsi e tenersi informato di un fatto eclatante dello stampo appena menzionato, che qui di seguito riporto. Vi sono due interviste fatte alla donna torturata impunemente sul posto di lavoro e nel relativo sito internet, vi sono i fatti e tutte le prove documentali dell’orrenda interminabile vicenda.
