MILAN - Alfio Caruana, accused of Mafia association and drug trafficking, and 'was extradited from Canada. Italy must serve a sentence of 21 years and 10 months. Policemen Canadians have delivered Alfio Caruana, brother of Gerlando, the Italian police at Malpensa. (Agr)
