TV Europe 7: EU, Italy frequencies regime against the law

BRUSSELS - Italy rejected by the European Court of Justice, in Luxembourg today, and 'against the Italian scheme for allocating frequencies for the activities' television transmission, contrary to Community law. The cause opposed the issuer private Central Europe 7 on the Ministry of Communications. According to the European judges were not respected the principle of freedom to provide services and were not followed selection criteria objective, transparent, non-discriminatory and proportionate.
